Actel announced net revenues of $49.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2009, down 5.8 percent from the fourth quarter of 2008, and up 5.2 percent from the third quarter of 2009. For the full fiscal year, net revenues were $190.6 million, down 12.7 percent from fiscal 2008.

Actel reported net income in accordance with GAAP (U.S. generally accepted accounting principles) of $1.0 million, for the fourth quarter of 2009 compared with a net loss of $12.5 million, for the fourth quarter of 2008 and a net income of $0.9 million, for the third quarter of 2009. For the full fiscal year, net loss was $46.2 million, compared with a net loss of $(11.7) million, in fiscal 2008.
