Actel has appointed Richard Kapusta as its new vice president of marketing and business development. Kapusta comes from Exar Semiconductor, where he was vice president of business development, and Sipex Semiconductor, where he was product line vice president and general manager. Previously, he held various positions at Cypress Semiconductor.
