Symmetricom Inc. and Agilent Technologies Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Symmetricom would purchase Agilent's Frequency and Time Standards product line. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, Symmetricom will pay approximately $8.0 million in cash.
