Anadigics, a provider of semiconductor solutions in broadband wireless and wireline communications markets, reported third quarter 2008 net sales of $58.1 million, a decrease of 27.8% compared with net sales of $80.5 million in the prior quarter, and a decrease of 2.4% compared to net sales of $59.5 million in the year ago quarter. Net loss was $15.5 million, compared with net income of $6.0 million in the prior quarter and net income of $2.4 million, in the year ago quarter.
