Announcement of the german Sensor Innovation Prize 2009 The Sensor Innovation Prize will be awarded by the AMA Fachverband für Sensorik e.V. at the Sensor+Test 2009 trade fair (26-28 May 2009 in Nuremberg, Germany). The prize, valued at 10,000 Euro, is awarded for extraordinary research and development activities in the field of sensors and metrology. The aim of the AMA Fachverband is to award extraordinary R&D activities with recognizably good market chances – not basic research. Applicants can be individual persons as well as development teams from companies and/or institutions. The deadline for applications is 21 January 2009.
