With approximately 31,000 visitors, the Automatica 2010 almost equalled the number who came to the previous fair held in 2008 (31,856). The Automatica International Trade Fair for Automation and Mechatronics was held in Munich from the 8th to the 11th June 2010 and, according to the organizers, offered the worldwide largest selection of robotics and automation.

There were 708 exhibiting companies which were substantially fewer than at the 2008 fair (868).
