Avnet Memec has acquired the semiconductor and embedded systems specialist distribution company Esco Italiana, based in Monza, Italy. 34-year-old Esco Italiana has annual sales turnover of approximately 30 Million Euro, employs about 60 people and has distribution activities in Greece and Turkey. The Esco Managers Mr. Busani and Mr. Camorani will stay on board for the next six months.
