Azzurri Technology will purchase GD Technik, a UK based Semiconductor Distributor. The completion of this transaction is expected to be 1st October 2006. Azzurri Technology Limited was founded in July 1997 and has subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy and the UK. Azzurri's forecasted sales for 2006 is $85m. GD Technik was founded in 1989. Sales this year are expected to be $7.2M.
