The member of the AOZ900x family, AOZ9006DIL, offers a source to source resistance of typ. 40mOhm for Li Ion battery protection on the market. This battery protection IC has integrated dual common-drain N-channel MOSFET. It includes high-accuracy voltage detectors and delay circuits without the need of external capacitors, making it suitable for protecting single-cell lithium-ion / lithium-polymer rechargeable battery packs from overcharge, over-discharge, and over-current conditions. The charger connection pin withstands up to 28V and the current consumption is typical 3.0µA in operation mode. Available at setron the AOZ9006DIL is packaged in a small 2mm x 5mm 6-pin DFN and is rated over -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
