Schurter’s FMAC SINE and FMAC SINE DCL series of sinewave output filters convert the voltage waveforms from frequency converters into low-distortion sinewaves for motor drives and power-engineering applications. The sinewave output filters are designed for use in 500 VAC systems with currents of 4A and greater.

They are well suited for a wide range of applications such as frequency converters in uninterruptible power supplies, elevators, HVAC (heating, ventilating and air-conditioning) systems as well as traction and conveyer systems. They are optimized for long motor cables and operation under full load. It is possible to use unshielded motor cables instead of expensive shielded versions.
