Calibrated load cells for force measurement 17-11-10

With the load cells of the DLRx series, Baumer offers sensors with passive temperature compensation for direct force measurement which boast a temperature effect of < 0.005%/K. Complying with protection class IP67, they are suitable for use in the packaging industry, mechanical engineering, and other industrial applications. The sensors cover measuring ranges from 0…+/- 500 kN with a combined error of < 0.1% F.S. and repeat accuracy of < 0.03% F.S.

DLRx load cells are designed for use with an extended ambient temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. Their compensated temperature range is -10°C to +55°C. 4…20 mA, +/- 10 V, and mv/V (passive) output signals can be selected. The sensors can quickly installed thanks to their small amounts of mechanical settling and warm-up drift.

All sensors of the series come ready calibrated. A low-noise passive bridge amplifier with an analogue signal path and a limit frequency of 1kHz is surface-mounted to every DLRx sensor. The sensors are suitable for static and dynamic force measurement. Their range of applications includes all-electric injection moulding machines in the plastics industry and engine test stands as well as applications in vehicle construction and cranes.
