Keithley has issued a CD with seminars on the subject of measurements and testing. It is called the Simplified Test Toolkit, is interactive and free. Contents are HF instruments, Wafer-level reliability tests, electric measuring techniques for nanometer materials, test procedures and On-Board test sequencing. The CD also contains technical presentations on testing and measuring systems of the manufacturer.
