Jason L. Carlson, Semtech‘s President and Chief Executive Officer, has terminated effective immediately by mutual agreement with the Company. In addition he resigned as a member of Semtech’s board of directors. John D. Poe, Chairman of the board of directors, will serve as acting CEO on an interim basis until a permanent replacement has been identified.  Mr. Poe previously served as Semtech’s Chief Executive Officer from October 1985 until October 2003. He will assist the board of directors in its search for a candidate to assume the CEO position.
