The co-founder, President and CEO of the EDA company Mosys, Dr. Fu-Chieh Hsu has left the company at the change of the year for health reasons. Until a successor is found, the CFO Mark Voll will lead the company in the interim. In 2004, Mosys has an argument with Synopsys. It concerned the planned takeover of Mosys from which they then backed off. In the summer the difference of opinion between the two companies was reconciled.
