Effective immediately, Dr. Norman Sheridan takes over responsibility for technology and manufacturing. Up to now, Sheridan was responsible for Flash Products. Before coming to Zilog he was Director of the American Consulting Division at Mentor Graphics. A further change at the management level will be the departure of COO Bruce Diamond in July. Also leaving the company will be marketing chief Ramesh Ramchandani.
