The sales of circuit board manufacturers in Germany peaked again in May 2008. In comparison with the previous years the month closed with 21.5 percent over the long-time average value, reports the Association of the Semiconductor Industry and the ZVEI Fachverband Electronic Components and Systems. The orders received in May 2008 was at a low that has not been seen since 2004, but the order activity per working day in May and also cumulated over the first 5 months was higher than in previous years.
