In November 2007, the turnover of the circuit board manufacturers was around 2.5% below that of the previous month, as reported by the Verband der Leiterplattenindustrie [Association of the Circuit Board Industry] and the ZVEI-Fachverband Electronic Components and Systems. It is the second-highest turnover in the long-term November comparisons. The orders received were marginally above the turnover. The Book-to-Bill ratio, a medium term trend indicator, reached a value of 1.01. The number of employees remained almost unchanged compared to October as well as also the previous year’s value.
