CMOS operational amplifiers 22-10-09

Rohm Semiconductor has announced the development of the BU7265G/SG and BU7411G/SG series of CMOS op-amps (operational amplifiers) that provide a current consumption of 0.35μA and slew rate of 0.05V/μs, making them ideal for battery-driven sets. A total of 8 models are offered to fit a variety of needs, including full-swing/ground sense types and units capable of stable operation at up to 105°C. The series combines the current consumption of 0.35μA with low voltage capability from 1.6V. The entire lineup also features ESD resistance of 4kV. The package is a SSOP5 (equivalent to SOT-23).
