CMOS Sensors: Forza Silicon and IBM to collaborate 14-12-06

Forza Silicon and IBM have announced that they are collaborating to develop CMOS image sensor chips using IBM's CMOS Image Sensor Foundry (CIMG) process and technology, and characterize IBM's image sensor IP. IBM's CIMG foundry, based in Essex Junction, VT, targets consumer products and emerging applications by combining IBM's 180-nm and 130-nm copper process technology with 4T image sensor IP. Forza contributes technology comprising mixed signal IC design services and products to the Ready for IBM Technology Foundry program.
