As of the 15th September Axel Petrak (50) has taken up the newly created position of Sales and Business Development Director at the computer module manufacturer Congatec. Before his appointment Petrak had worked for 13 years for Intel Germany where he held a number of different posts. His last post there was as Director of Global Alliance & Sales, EMEA, for the embedded and telecommunications division. As well as fulfilling his responsibilities with the Congatec AG he will continue in his post as EMEA director with the Linux Foundation.
