The french Dassault Systèmes, a provider of 3D and Product Lifecycle Management solutions will acquire Engineous Software, that provides process integration and design optimization software solutions and services. The proposed acquisition, for an estimated price of 40 million USD, should be completed before the end of July subject to specific closing conditions.
