Distributor Digi-Key and radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) manufacturer Peregrine Semiconductor have finalized a global distribution agreement involving Peregrine’s UltraCMOS RFIC products. A number of Peregrine’s RF ICs -RF swiches, digital step attenuators, PLL frequency synthesizers, mixers and prescalers - are now available for purchase on Digi-Key’s global websites and will be featured in online catalogs.
