Today in Nürnberg, Germany did start the embedded world exhibition&Conference 2006. At 11,500 square meters are around 500 exhibitors from 27 countries (2005: 480 exhibitors from 24 countries) on site. Outstanding technical innovations in embedded technologies will again be selected for the embedded Award by an independent jury of experts at embedded world 2006. This year’s prize-winners, whose entries particularly convinced the jury, are as follows: NEC Electronics Europe (category: Hardware), QNX Software (category: Software) and pls Programmierbare Logik&Systeme (category: Tools).

2007 with Electronic Displays

The Electronic Displays Conference will take place for the first time parallel to embedded world 2007 in addition to the embedded world Conference. The last conference took place in Wiesbaden in September 2005 at MeasComp.
