Energizer Holdings, Inc. announced results of its third quarter ended June 30, 2008. Net earnings for the quarter were $66.7 million, versus net earnings of $62.5 million in the third fiscal quarter of 2007. For the current quarter, total net sales increased $266.7 million, or 33%, to $1,066.7 million.
