Entry Level Debugger for ARM7/ARM9 Systems 07-11-05


With the 'Universal Access Device (UAD) 2 compact' pls Programmierbare Logik & Systeme now provides a tool for debugging and testing of ARM7/ARM9-based systems. In combination with the component-based user interface Universal Debug Engine (UDE) the entry level version, which is equipped with a USB 2.0 host interface, enable data transfer rates of up to 700 KBytes/s via a JTAG connector. For 'UAD2 compact' various supplementary upgrade options are offered, which allows for dynamic adaptation to increase performance of the debug tool according to the actual application requirement.

UDE offers the following features

a workbook mode,

a symbol browser,

free configurable tool bars,

property pages,

context related menus,

free variable fonts and colours and

a user-definable image of standard windows as well as

HTML as description language for customized windows.

Another feature of UDE is the integrated FLASH / OTP programming function. The UAD2compact/UDE bundle is offered vor 400 Euro.
