Ethernet Gateway 11-02-05

The software house Analytica started a product series of Ethernet gateways. As the first product of the series the AnaGate I2C is introduced, which serves as a transparent gateway between I2C-Bus and PC via TCP/IP network protocol. The device can be accessed via an included application library from various programming environments and allows to create individual solutions. AnaGate I2C is particularly suitable as programming device for serial EEPROMS at the I2C-Bus. Programming is made by a provided programming software (batch mode supported) or alternatively by means of the software API.  Access to the I2C bus is very fast, the AnaGate I2C needs approx. 7,6s for the programming of an AT24C512 with 64KB (incl. verify).  Thus the device is suitable for series production and also as development tool. AnaGate I2C costs 284.20 EUR incl. plug-in power supply unit, software API and programming software for Windows (Linux version on request).
