Ray Bingham, late CERO of Cadence is joining the investment company General Atlantic as Managing Director and Manager of the Palo Alto office. Bingham left Cadence as previously planned in July 2005. There he was Vice President/CFO from 1993 to 1999 and CEO and President of the company till 2004.
