Fairchild Semiconductor has selected Adrian Chu to lead its Standard Products Group (SPG). Prior to joining Fairchild, he held various positions of responsibility at NXP, formerly Philips. These included Vice President with responsibility for regional marketing, key accounts and sales for Greater China. Mr. Chu also managed regional marketing and sales in Asia, for the mobile cellular, cordless and personal entertainment business, and was responsible for the discrete semiconductors business including the distribution channels in Asia.
