Finisar a developer of gigabit fiber optic solutions for data networks, reported financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2006. Total revenues $93.5 million, up 28% from $73.1 million in the third quarter of the prior year. The Company reported net income of $8.3 million compared to a net loss of of $33.0 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2005.
