A fire broke out Tuesday, 28.11.2006, at Varta Automotive (a Company of the Johnson Controls since 2002) in Hanover, Germany. The damage to the production hall for motor car batteries is estimated to be in the millions. Nobody was injured and the fire was extinguished. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
