In its first quarter 2005, ON Semiconductor reported a turnover 302.4 M US$ and a profit of 14.8 M US$. The turnover sank by 2 % in comparison to Q1/2004. Positive is that there is a profit to be shown again after a loss of 47.6 M US$ in the first quarter of the previous year.
