Intersil reported financial results for the quarter ended March 2007. Net revenues for the first quarter were $167.7 million, a 6% decrease from $178.9 million in the first quarter of 2006 and a 7% decrease from $181.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2006. Net income (GAAP) was $33.1 million, as compared to net income of $32.4 million, in the same quarter last year. For the fourth quarter of 2006, the Company reported net income of $38.8 million.
