Fiscal 2006 financial results at Tundra 12-06-06

Tundra Semiconductor, a developer of System Interconnect solutions, reported a Q4-2006 revenue of $19.0M, up 10% compared to Q4-2005. GAAP earnings were $6.8M, up from $641K in Q4. The FY 2006 revenue were $74.5M compared to $79.6M in FY 2005. GAAP earnings for the year were $10.8M, 44% more than in 2005.

 

In the past Tundra announced 3 acquisitions. In June Tundra had acquired Silicon Logic Engineering for US$14 million. On May 8, the compnay had completed the acquisition of the Systems Solutions Business Unit of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation for US$ 5.8 million. On April 7, Tundra announced the acquisition of Potentia Semiconductor Corporation for $1.4 million in cash.
