Eberspächer Electronics are offering users of National Instruments LabView a solution for the FlexRay and CAN bus systems. This solution provides access to the bus system’s messages and signals. Eberspächer Electronics FlexCards are used as the hardware interface between the PC and FlexRay or CAN bus. They are available for PCMCIA, PMC, PCI and USB.

On the software side, the LabView driver for the FlexCards is now available. Use is made of “virtual instruments” (VIs), which can be integrated in existing LabView applications, making it possible to use the Eberspächer Flex-Card Family with LabView. As an NI Alliance Partner, Eberspächer Electronics design, implement and test an overall system to the customers’ requirements.
