Freescale Semiconductor announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2010. Net sales for the fourth quarter were $1.18 billion, compared to $951 million in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Net sales for fiscal year 2010 were $4.46 billion, compared to $3.51 billion in the prior year. The net loss in Q4 were $102 million. The net loss for the whole year 2010 were $1.05 billion.
