The European components distributor Eurodis has begun fusion negotiations with an unnamed company in the distribution segment. Eurodis was involved in negotiations with a potential buyer in 2003 but these were broken off without results. The company recently presented its interim March results for the first ten months of the financial year. In this time period the company had a turnover of 244.1 million Euro and a pre-tax loss to the extent of 20.5 million Euro.
