The german Verband der Leiterplattenindustrie (VdL) [Association of the Circuit Board Industry] and the german ZVEI-Fachverband Electronic Components report an exceptionally high order intake for the circuit board manufacturers for the month of November. It achieved approximately one third above that of the previous month as well as over the same month of the previous year. According to the time of the year, the turnover in November 2005 is above that of the previous month as also slightly above that of the 2005 average. Almost half the companies reported the best individual month of the present year or were able to show cumulated turnover increases compared to the previous year. The Book-to-Bill ratio, with 1.31, showed a high value.
