In September, the turnover of the circuit board manufacturers was around 4.3% below that o same month of the previous year, as reported by the Verband der Leiterplattenindustrie [Association of the Circuit Board Industry] and the ZVEI-Fachverband Electronic Components and Systems. Cumulated, the turnover of the first 3 quarters of the current year was 2.1% below that of 2006. The Book-to-Bill ratio, reached a value in September of 0.92, and is thus below that of the yearly average.
