Jena/Germany based Göpel electronic, a vendor of JTAG / Boundary Scan / IEEE 1149.x components and systems, opened a subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Karl Miles has been appointed as Sales Manager. His prior experience was FAE with XJTAG and 8 years as a hardware engineer with BAE Systems and Nortel Networks.  The office is located in the Cambridge technology region (Cottenham/Cambridgeshire).

The cooperation with the present distributors Cimbian Ltd and Accelonix Ltd will be continued on all respective markets and project basis.
