Hynix pays 185 m US$ in price agreement 25-04-05

The South Korean memory manufacturer Hynix, has admitted to unlawful price agreements and has paid the American Justice Department 185 M US$. In October 2004, Infineon had admitted to the same offence and paid a fine of 160 M US$. Four top Infineon managers were then convicted of conspiracy to jail sentences and fines.
