Infineon sells FTTx area 19-08-05

Infineon transfers its business unit FTTx BIDI (r) (solutions for fiber to the home) to Ezconn, founded in 1971, developes cabling and optical components and wants to open a design centre in Berlin as well as take over some employees. In the end of 2004 Ezconn stood in negotiations because of a takeover by Oplink which was at the end not realised. Ezconn announced in its business year 2004 a revenue of 48 Mio.US $.
