International Rectifier announced financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2011. Revenue was $281.7 million, a 34% increase from the second quarter fiscal year 2010. The company reported net income of $43.9 million, compared with a net income of $28.3 million in the second quarter fiscal year 2010. That is an increase of 55.1%.
