Those wishing to use the Blackfin processors from Analog Devices together with the RTXCT real-time operating system from Quadros Systems, should mark the 3rd March 2005 on their calendar. On this day Analog Devices will hold a Web Seminar at 18.00 h (17:00 GMT, 9:00 am PT/12:00 pm ET) on this subject, which offers an introduction into the Dual Mode real-time operating system RTXC/dm. This system is of interest for applications in which DSP as well as microcontroller commands must be carried out. It will be shown how, using RTXC/dm, control and signal processing tasks can be processed on the Blackfin processor. The Webcast lasts 45 minutes and will be complemented by a hour-long discussion round with Bill Dittmann, Stephen Martin and Wayne Meyer.
