Vincotech announced a new family of products called flowPHASE 2 S. Designed for fast-switching power applications beyond 100 kW, these modules provide an ultra-low inductive path for transient current. Parasitic inductances are a major problem in power modules, particularly in fast-switching applications. To solve this problem, Vincotech has added an ultra-low inductive path for transient current to today’s standard power module design. This reduces parasitic inductance in the new flowPHASE 2 S to 7nH.
