The automation technology company, Jetter has bought the Baden-Württemberg domiciled Futronic from the French Saint Gobain Group for 6 m Euro. Futronic was founded in 1972 and develops electronic control systems. In 2004 it employed 45 people and achieved a turnover of approximately 6.3 m Euro with an operating profit of 1.4 m Euro.
