Measurement Company Keithley Instruments announced net sales of $39.7 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 increased five percent compared with net sales of $37.7 million in last year's second quarter. Sequentially, sales increased 11 percent from the first quarter of fiscal 2006. The Company reported net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 of $2.1 million. This compared with net income of $3.2 million during last year's second quarter.
