Lattice Semiconductor announced that its Board of Directors has begun a search for a new chief executive officer and that Steve Skaggs will be resigning effective as of May 31, 2008 as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Skaggs has served as CEO since 2005 and is expected to continue in his current capacity to assist with the executive search until the effective date of his resignation.
