Lead-free 8Bit-Flash 8051 MCU 05-04-05


With the VRS1000 Goal Semiconductor (sale: chiptrade) introduced its first Pb-free microcontrollers. The 8-bit Flash 8051 MCU modified to meet RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards. The device is available in 44-pin QFP and PLCC packages. As a drop-in replacement for industry standard 8051s, the VRS1000 has 64K Flash memory, 1K RAM, In-System/In-Application Programming capabilities and standard 8051 features. All standard RoHS-compliant MCUs are available with lead times of 8-10 weeks.
