LeCroy announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year 2011. The company reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2011 revenue of $47.5 million compared with $36.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010. LeCroy also reported GAAP net invome of $3.6 million, this compares with GAAP net income of $0.2 million, in the year-ago period.
