As European distributor of C3 Semiconductors AMS Technologies launch a family of power modules, the T Series. These modules provide complete power control in a single package. The modules are available in packages from 25 up to 42.5 A. The operating junction temperature ranges from -40C to +125C.

The modules feature many flexible circuit designs that offer various mounting options for connections for printed circuit board or panel mounting. The ceramic base enables 2500 Vrms isolation. Typical applications for this bridge rectifier are motor controls, lighting applications and other industrial requirements where high power is to be controlled in a compact package size.
